The Dutch Eurovision entry was determined via internal selection. The song has not been released, but once it is, it will be available here. Claude did say the song will be in 2 languages. He didn't say what languages. The song is written by Claude, Arno Krabman (Suzan & Freek, co-written S10 - De Diepte), Joren van der Voort en Léon Paul
In the meantime here's a snippet about Claude from the release via official chanels: 'The 21-year-old singer, originally from Congo, moved to the Netherlands at the age of 13. He recalls that he and his family first encountered the Eurovision Song Contest not long after he had moved, with all of them cheering together as Conchita Wurst won for Austria. A new annual tradition was born and Claude has continued to follow the Eurovision Song Contest ever since.''
